We find ourselves at a pivotal moment, carrying an essential mission: to propel the digital transformation of our country, by initiating a total digitalization of Public Administration and its services. This priority mission, desired and defined by His Excellency the President of the Republic, Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye, under the direction of his Prime Minister, Ousmane Sonko, and with the supervision of the ministry in charge of digital technology, constitutes our supreme commitment as as Managing Director of Senegal Numerique SA.

Our ambition is clear: to make Senegal Numerique SA a key player in the vast structural and systemic transformation project of Senegal. Thanks to the commitment, dedication and expertise of our employees and other partners, we have a clear vision of the future we envision for our company. This, especially since the strategic role of digital technology and digitalization in public policy reforms is well understood at all levels of the State.

To succeed in this endeavor, we have identified several key elements. Among them, building a robust and secure infrastructure, effective coordination of the state's digital programs, and close collaboration with industry players, including startups, are paramount. The implementation of these presidential directives will require quality, discipline and rigor.

We must adopt an inclusive and collaborative approach to address the challenges of Senegal's digital transformation. This involves defining priority areas in terms of investment, maintenance and development of our digital infrastructure, with the ultimate objective of achieving the complete digitalization of the State and ensuring our digital sovereignty.

Recently appointed head of SENUM SA, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my colleagues for their unfailing dedication to our mission. I am convinced that, collectively, we can accomplish great things for Senegal.
